You can refer your adult and pediatric patients when they may benefit from our care. We offer:Our advanced treatments and surgeries include periacetabular osteotomy (PAO) to reposition the hip socket to treat early-stage hip dysplasia.
These highly technical surgeries include osteotomies to correct limb alignment and relieve hip pain.
Many of our procedures can be done endoscopically, including hip arthroscopy to repair labral tears from hip dysplasia or hip impingement.
These newer options include surgical dislocation for more complex hip deformities.
Duke Hip Preservation offers the full spectrum of care, including injections and therapies to strengthen the hip.
