Regional physicians and EMS personnel: 

When ECG indicates ST-elevation MI, call the Duke Acute MI Hotline at 866-MI2-DUKE (866-642-3853) to activate the cath lab and arrange transport to the nearest Duke Heart Center location or affiliate for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

In case of inpatient aortic dissection, call the RACE-Aortic Dissection line at 919-681-LIFE (5433) to access the on-call aortic surgeon and the entire response team with a single call.
