My Research InterestsIt is imperative that we not only provide the best state-of-the-art care, but also constantly strive to develop better care for patients. My primary research interests center around improving melanoma treatments -- with a particular focus on how to enhance the ability of a patient's own immune systems to destroy tumors. Another area of interest lies in understanding how to improve care for patients requiring symptom-directed palliative surgery.
