About Me

As a general nephrologist, my clinical interests include chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, and hypertension. I particularly enjoy building long-term relationships with patients from all walks of life, but I also enjoy helping patients and their families navigate the health system during an acute illness. Although I have lived and worked in New York City for almost 20 years, I am happy to be returning to my roots in North Carolina and at Duke.
