My clinical practice has focused primarily on obesity treatment with a specific emphasis on assisting patients prepare for and adjust to having bariatric surgery. I work closely with our interdisciplinary bariatric surgery team and enjoy treating patients throughout their surgery process. I am invested in furthering our understanding and treating potential psychosocial issues related to weight and weight loss, which I believe are critical to effective long-term success with bariatric surgery.
